What are the common primary symptoms of hiv? and is the whiteness of the tongue from it?

First, white tongue occurs with innumerable minor medical conditions and by itself does not suggest HIV. The main symptoms of initial HIV infection (i.e. acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) are sore throat, fever, skin rash, and often inflamed or enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and elsewhere. Get tested for if you are at risk (e.g. unprotected sex), but not just because of white tongue.
