A member asked:

Is there any interaction between these hbp meds; lisinopril, spironolactone and clopidogrel and beetroot recipes? read that beetroot juice can lower hbp, don't know how truthful that is. and wondering if eating it can make me suffer hypotension?

In you, only trying beet juice can one learn. Clopidogel is not a BP med. Go to Drugs.com and enter them into their drug interaction checker. They all do interact in many folks. Depending on which genes you have that metabolize these meds. This can be suggested by genetic testing if needed. But trial and error is the only way to see in an individual. I would start taking BP lying first.
