Probably OK: Spironolactone can in rare cases cause high potassium, but in a young healthy person usually not an issue. To be safe, have your potassium levels checked (blood test) but you may generally eat whatever you want. The combination of diuretic is generally considered safe, but as I said, get your potassium level checked.
