I am on lisinopril 5mg, furosemide 40mg 2 daily, aldactone 12.5mg and clopidogrel 75mg. why is my hbp 135/105 suddenly from 115/75? what am i doing wrong?

BP jump: I need more information. I specialize in Drug Resistant Hypertension which you have. The most common cause is Primary Aldosteronism which I also specialize in. Ask your Dr to test you for this. Jump may be due to bad BP device or use of device, eating more salt than your body can get rid of, cold meds that might increase BP, eating licorice every day, estrogens, and stress. Discuss with team.
