How painful or uncomfortable is it when someone is doing a thyroid biopsy testing out the nodule ? do we feel anything at all ?

They will likely numb the area first so you will feel a small pinch of the needle and then perhaps some burning when the medicine goes into the area. After that, the area will be numb and you will only feel some minor pressure during the procedure after that, but nothing painful. Good luck!
