Had MRI of cervical spine. What does no central canal, subarticular recess, foroaminal or extraforaminal stenoses mean? Does it mean arthritic changes . Also says no significan spinal canal stenosis. Multilevel degenerative changes. Thanks?
Started 11/16 Mri results, surgery bound? Multilevel cervical spondylosis with a mild to moderate central spinal canal stenosis at C4-5 with multilevel variable foraminal stenoses, moderate on the left at C5-6 & C6-7. I have done PT, Chiro, 3 inj.
Cervical MRI shows various degrees of central canal narrowing, foraminal narrowing, herniations ect. Does no abnormal spinal cord signal mean no Myelopathy? There is no mention of myelopathy in the MRI report. Thanks.
