My wisdom tooth (upper left) and a couple other teeth (also left side) had issues in the past but i never experienced such intense pain in the whole left side of my mouth until i donated plasma 3 days ago. could the donation have triggered something?

Likely a coincidence, not causal relationship, you should see your dentist ASAP for care and take OTC ibuprofen for pain in the mean time if not contraindicated. Take care.
