1/2on sat late at night into midnight sun 6/11/23 i felt hot, clammy, & short of breath then threw up blood again(last time was 12/18/22 during ct). 6/12/23 i went to er and entire stomach was hot to the touch, & diaphragm pain. what does it mean?

There are several possibilities, can't judge without a lot more information, e.g. lab tests, exam findings, etc. Probably you can trust whatever diagnosis they gave you in the ER; or by your doctor if the ER referred you for follow doctor visit. Good luck.
