See your GYN physician or obtain a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. Pregnancy at "40" may require ovulation induction and a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to ascertain tubal patency, but rates of pregnancy at "40" without assisted reproductive technology are very low.
