I was pregnant for 10 weeks and then had a miscarriage. does that proves my fertility as i was once pregnant or its not an indication of fertility?

Miscarriage-What Now: After a miscarriage we know that much of what is necessary to conceive is working correctly. Hopefully we will know if factors like PCOS, obesity or insulin resistance are present which might increase the risk of future loss. If you check out OK, then the odds of success within six months are actually higher than if you had not had a prior pregnancy.

Miscarriage 10 weeks: The fact that you wete able to become pregnant is good news. Miscarriages are more common in your 30's. You can try again within a few cycles but see your doctor early on at 6 weeks to confirm viability.
