A vulvovaginal yeast infection is likely. Try an OTC yeast treatment (any vaginal product with active ingredient ending in "...azole"). If that doesn't clear it up, see your doctor. Good luck.

It could be a variety of things. Keep area clean and apply otc cortisone cream. If not better pl see your doc for you will need to be examined
