Typically, the Doctor who ordered the tests will be the one to review them and discuss any findings. Based on what the currently ordered tests say, the doctor may choose to order more tests or pursue a different diagnosis for your original symptoms.

If your brain MRI is interpreted as normal, the radiologist would have NO reason to elaborate upon potential sources of disease. If you have misgivings about the accuracy of the results, do discuss this fully with your doctor.
