It depends on what you mean. By “damaged”. I think if the laser were to cause any problems, the first indication would likely be vision loss. If you are concerned about this, then see your eye doctor for an evaluation to determine if there are any changes associated with the laser. It is very doubtful that, with the goggles on, there is any damage but see your eye doctor to confirm. Good luck!
