A member asked:

My mri showed the appearance of fairly symmetric regions of sulcal hyperintensity, for example seen at the occipital poles, image 10 series 5 or cerebral convexities around axial image 20 series 5. what does this mean? i was told not to worry?

At this public medical education site, we at HT have no capacity to review your MRI films. Two possible approaches: 1. Make appt. with the radiologist and have the films explained. 2. Schedule a virtual consult here at HT (www.connect@healthtap.com)
