HIV is transmitted through broken skin, open wounds, but mostly through mucosal membranes which is not what above scenario describes. A reliable site is cdc.gov in clarifying HIV transmission.

There are few absolutes in human biology and medicine. That there has never been a known case of HIV by such contact doesn't prove it can never happen. Nobody can provide an absolute guarantee against extremely unlikely events. You might die by meteorite strike, but I would not advise you to take steps to prevent it. I also suggest you totally forget environmental contamination as a source of HIV.
