Stiff person syndrome (SPS) is a rare neurological disorder characterized by muscle stiffness and spasms. Adolase is an enzyme found in skeletal muscle and red blood cells, and high levels of adolase may indicate muscle damage or disease. However, there is limited research on the relationship between adolase levels and SPS.
