My nose bleeds only in morning when i cleans my nose and i feel my nose very stiffness, my hb value high at 17.1(16)could it be due to this?

Nosebleed : Can be from dry nasal passageway , dried boogers causing irritation and sore/ stiff feeling. Clean nose with saline solution , dry with q-tip and apply vaseline or aquaphor ointment to keep nasal mucosa moist. May need allergy meds if cause is from allergies
