CPS: Cps is a poorly defined condition. Most authors consider ongoing pain lasting longer than 6 months as diagnostic, and others have used 3 months as the minimum criterion. Chronic pain syndrome (cps) is a common problem that presents a major challenge to health-care providers because of its complex natural history and poor response to therapy. http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/310834-overview.

Complex but can be : Solved. First ms can clearly be associated with pain, and at least 90% of patients do have a variety of painful problems. Secondly, a comorbidity such as fibromyalgia may co-exist. Please find a specialized neurologist near your home, associated with an academic medical center and get diagnosed and treated. Thirdly, use an effective ms drug, not an injectable such as avonex (interferon beta 1a). Good luck.
