Many, many things!: Lower front jaw pain ten days after full mouth extractions is too tough to diagnose on online. It runs the gamut from fractured tooth roots, fractured bone, infection in a tooth socket, suture irritation, impingement on the area by immediate dentures even just normal healing. See your dds.

Multiple Options: Pain after extractions can be multiple things. Have your surgeon do an evaluation to be on target.
