Either an experienced family Dr, Internal medicine Dr, Orthopedic Dr or Neurologist would be able to evaluate your symptoms. Given these symptoms, a careful physical exam and history plus MRI exams of the knee and cervical spine might best clarify the underlying causes of the symptoms.

Your knee pain can be from being in your feet all day. Proper supportive shoes with good support in the arch. Possible custom orthotics might be required. A podiatrist rust can help with type of problem. What is called biomechanics
