What is the likelihood of a 4mm densely calcified meningioma on the right frontal convexity getting larger and needing removal? just curious until i see the next dr?

Meningiomas are very slowly growing and unlikely that a chronic small meningioma would provide a threat, even over years. But would have follow-up images at intervals just to be fully assured.
