Yes, you can take it but you should know that certirizine does not shorten the course and it is only effective for alleviating the congestion (less drainage with antihistamine effect). Certirizine is more effective in case you have allergic rhinosinusitis, limited effect for viral upper respiratory infection. Good luck for your recovery.
