It depends on the type of tumor present. But, the patient should be seen by an expert in brain tumors since there are different treatments and the best one needs to be selected by a specialist in neuro-oncology. Sometimes surgeries are needed, sometimes chemotherapy and/or radiation, sometimes a combination of these therapies. Best of luck to you!

Treatment of such patients is always individualized and such cases are discussed in multispeciality tumor boards, surgery, radiation and systemic therapies, chemo/immunotherapy being considered.
