Lifelong: Most benign brain tumors are slow growing, and will take a while to develop symptoms, if at all. Personally, i would continue with surveillance for the rest of my life.

Annual for life: Early on frequently til full recovery. Then since they can reoccur, likely annually with imaging and clinical exam.
