Trauma enough to create a scalp hematoma can give rise to migraine equivalent headaches a week or more after the event. By itself, hurting and getting tired are not reasons for a new study. I would confer with your doc who can decide if you need to come in for an exam. An exam could detect any abnormality that would require further imaging studies.

You appear to be suffering post-traumatic headaches, which will likely gradually remit over the next several weeks. Assuming your symptoms are intermittent as you describe, a second CAT scan is unlikely to result in additional palliation.
