Trauma enough to create a scalp hematoma can give rise to migraine equivalent headaches a week or more after the event. By itself, hurting and getting tired are not reasons for a new study. You appear to be suffering post-traumatic headaches, which will likely gradually remit over the next several weeks. Assuming your symptoms are intermittent as you describe, a second CAT scan is unlikely to result in additional palliation.
