Sounds like a : Bad head injury. The hematoma is bleeding in the scalp tissue. The underlying brain tissue is also "bruised". Was there trauma, or is the patient on blood thinners?

Scalp hematoma: Scalp hematoma is a bleeding underneath the scalp in the upper left region of the skull. The contusion is in the same region and is a brusing and bleeding in the brain. #3. Is another bruising or bleeding on the left side of the brain but lower down towards the base of the skull. These injuries sound like there are a result of head trauma.
