If asymptomatic then the results need no treatment. Pl drink some water daily to reduce chances of an UTI

Staph epidermidis is a common contaminant in urine cultures and rarely a cause of UTI or prostatitis, and 2-4 WBC ("pus cells") is a normal urinalysis result. Probably this does not need antibiotic treatment -- which your urologist seems to understand. Keep following his or her advice.
