If you are having frequent hangovers you are most likely drinking too much. Your body is getting sick and telling you it is time to slow down. There is even a name for it, "able to hold your liquor." in fact, this is a sign of an abnormal reaction to alcohol, called alcoholism. Being alcoholic carries a stigma that is not justified.
