The Alcoholics Quest: Can a drinker, drink like a gentleman? Learn how to drink the right kind of alcohol to just get buzzed but not to black out? If you are having frequent hangovers you are most likely drinking too much. Your body is getting sick and telling you it is time to slow down. But, if you cannot slow down then you may very well be an alcoholic. Nothing wrong with that. It just means you need help.

Might be alcoholic: Often people think that being able to drink a lot & not have ill effects is a good thing. There is even a name for it, "able to hold your liquor." in fact, this is a sign of an abnormal reaction to alcohol, called alcoholism. Being alcoholic carries a stigma that is not justified. It has nothing to do with being weak. It is much like diabetes. View the video "pleasure unwoven" on youtube.
