Yes: hangovers are highly variable, and can last anywhere from a couple of hours to several days. If you are regularly getting long-duration hangovers after drinking, I have another question for you - why are you still drinking when it regularly causes you to be out of commission for more than a day? Continuing to drink despite adverse consequences is one sign of a drinking problem. Talk to your MD.
