Sleep & exercise: Daily activity of 20-30 minutes adequate sleep (so you feel rested and make it through the day) turn off screens and settle down before bed find some friends to share activities you both enjoy laugh consider journaling, reading, writing letters volunteer and/or do things to help others there is great research supporting the idea that by helping others, we make ourselves more healthy.
