Fruits & veggies: Eating real food, that has as little processing as possible, will help your body get important nutrients to help it heal and prevent infection. Aim for at least 5-9 servings of fruits & veggies every day. Try to buy fresh or frozen rather than canned. Eat lots of dark, leafy greens and brightly colored fruits & veggies also get enough sleep & regular exercise & enjoy friendships & volunteering.
