Intractable body odor can be a sign of bacterial or fungal overgrowth. Go back to your GP and pursue further testing. Skin scrapings and microscopic visualizations can yield significant findings and treatment options.

Body odor could be due to many things including food, stress, body hygiene, hormones, body metabolism or abnormality of it and some other factors. You may want to evaluate your diet to see specific association if there is any like garlic, onions and other food items. Regular shower and use of antipespirant deodorant may be helpful in tempering odors for most people but see your doctor as suggested
