You should have your doctor evaluate it to determine if there is anything wrong or if it is just from pressure. Does it hurt all the time or only when there is pressure applied, like when you are wearing tight pants? For now, you should avoid tight pants until your doctor has a chance to evaluate you. Without an exam no exact reason can be given. It could be a small epid. cyst, varicocele etc. Pl get checked by a Urologist
