I had radiation for breast cancer which ended in feb. had some skin discoloration redness then brownish, it went away ,recently it's coming back. is that unusual? could it be laundry detergent or perfumed body wash?

What you mentioned will not change color of skin. Local cortisone can help. If not better chck wiyh your doc.
