PCP for Breast exam.: Red lines under breast can possibly be rash from eczema/dry skin, allergies, tight fitting clothes among other causes. See the dermatologist for diagnosis of skin rash. However, with your family history of Breast cancer in Mom, it is recommended that you see your PCP for Breast exam as well. Recommend a Baseline Mammogram at age 35 in women who have first degree relative with breast cancer.
