I threw up and almost passed out today because my period cramps were so bad. this has happened a year and a half ago aswell. i use midol and usually it does the job along w heating pad lots of water and resting but today i still cramped bad. normal?

Yes, menstrual cramping pain could be worse at times. However, if you have never seen a GYN doctor for this problem then you should be checked just to rule out certain problem which may be contributory. Good luck.
