Plan B isn't necessary. Even full ejaculation at the vaginal opening is low risk for pregnancy (although not zero). Look at it this way: Normal sperm count is 15 million to 200 million per ml. Men with counts below a million almost never can successfully conceive, even with ejaculation in the vagina. The very few sperm involved in touching like this don't have a chance at the egg. Don't worry!
