I had a wisdom teeth extraction surgery 3 days ago. i was supposed to start my period 3-4 days ago but i have not yet started. i am on multiple prescription pain medications for my surgery. is is possibly for the medications to delay my period?

Not only the medications, but also the surgery itself. The surgery was a (recoverable) insult to all ofnyour organ systems. All meds create system imbalance. Be patient. As you heal all systems will return to normal. If concerned speak to your Oral Surgeon who was responsible for your surgery and for your post-surgical care.
