A member asked:

My doctor ordered a serum test on lamotrigine and the result came back as 2.4l, which is only .1l below the recommended range (2.5l). will he most likely up my dosage or is that difference negligible?

Since you did not indicate the diagnostic rationale for your lamotrigine, it is hard to objectively advise. But if you had epilepsy with breakthrough seizures, I would heartedly recommend raising your dosage to the middle of the therapeutic range. Phone your doctor and discuss the next steps.
