Without knowing what meds you used already and details about you current blood pressure hard to make recommendations. There are many classes of antihypertensives, you will have options, may need concomitant reflux meds. Your current prescriber remains your best resource.

There are many different blood pressure medication’s available, and most of them do not cause heartburn as a side effect. You should let your physician know of the specific ones that seemed to bother you. I’m sure they can find alternatives. Do not ignore high blood pressure, however. Good luck.
