A member asked:

40yo caucasian male, blood pressure at 130/90, urine test seems ok. low bone mineral density, blood tests for bone and kidney health were normal, except for low calcitriol 15pg/ml and pth at 70pg/ml (then 40pg/ml after two weeks). any ideas?

The blood pressure reading is higher than I would want anyone to have as baseline. For most people, there is no defined origin to elevated blood pressure. BP elevations are stealth killers, leading to organ damage over decades. I would discuss your findings with your doc and were it me I would get on meds.
