You don’t say how much Aleve you took but you likely should not take any more ibuprofen or Aleve for 24 hours or so, assuming your liver function is normal. If you are not sure, you can call your doctor. Everyone metabolizes medicines differently so 24 hours should be enough time to metabolize these meds if your liver function is normal. Good luck!
