Silly question- i took one 220 mg aleve at 6:30 am, then took 2 200 mg ibuprofen at 8:30 am. is that ok?

It's a bit much. : Those two medications are similar. You wouldn't need to combine them that way. Too much of those medications can affect your stomach and kidneys.
