I had a swollen lymph node on the upper ride side of my neck under my jawline and ear but it seems to be almost gone. it became swollen after swimming and another one. they seem to be almost gone now. i have a somewhat new one on the back right neck?

You can get small lymph nodes that come and go in your neck area. They often get larger when you are fighting off any viral infection that has come your way and then disappear when their reaction and immune response is over. Allergies can also cause that rection.
