I got hit in the head two days ago. got a ct scan yesterday that looked alright and was sent home but today my whole arm went numb. i can move it normally but it feels tingly and painful. what happened? what should i do?

The neck will have to be imaged, too, in case it was not imaged already, it sounds like your symptoms are radicular originating at the cervical spine level. Returning to same facility will be best.
