You need to see: a very specialized specialist: a neurologist who specializes in neurovascular disease (stroke-like conditions). This is a very worrisome set of symptoms and the fact that the usual tests are normal makes it even more challenging. Do some research online, especially looking at Faculty at Medical Schools near you. Ask doctors you know/trust for local recommendations. All the best ..
