Brunner's gland hyperplasia is a benign usually incidental finding on endoscopy. The worse thing that can happen with this type of hyperplasia is some bleeding, but that is fairly rare. Doctors note the finding, but don't do anything about it unless it is bleeding, in which case they can cauterize it and control stomach acidity.

Brunner gland hyperplasia is usually just an incidental finding found on biopsies in the duodenum at endoscopy. It very rarely can cause discomfort or bleeding, but usually it is asymptomatic. Unless it is severe, we usually do not treat it in any way. Speak to your Gastroenterologist who did the original biopsies if you have concerns. Good luck.
