Prostate: You should have a discussion with the doctor who diagnosed it. If you are still concerned, seek a second opinion from a urologist.

Hopefully never: Keep getting routine examinations and testing done, including screening tests for the prostate, that if done properly can be helpful in determining any serious issues you would need to be concerned about.
