Sorry to frustrate you but we could not help either. If a dermatologist has seen your skin lesions along with history and he could not make a definite diagnosis so neither could we. If the pathological findings are typical, usually pathologist can offer his opinion when reading the biopsy. Please continue to follow your dermatologist.
