Is alkaline phosphate 38 (range 44-121) my albumin went from 4.7, 4.5, its now 6 (lab range 3.8-4.8) a/g is (1.7 to 1.7 to now 2.3) (lab range was 1- 2.5 but now its 1.2- 2.2) everything else normal on the comprehensive metabolic panel?

Most of the time, high serum albumin is not caused by any disease & usually due to dehydration. It seems your total protein is also high by the A/G ratio so low volume is likely when the test was done. ALP is not affected much by plasma volume and level also varies a lot because it comes from many sources. If you weren't dehydrated then lab error is likely. Have the test repeated if you worry.
