Most of the time, high serum albumin is not caused by any disease & usually due to dehydration. It seems your total protein is also high by the A/G ratio so low volume is likely when the test was done. ALP is not affected much by plasma volume and level also varies a lot because it comes from many sources. If you weren't dehydrated then lab error is likely. Have the test repeated if you worry.
